Our Advanced Dry Fog Technology

Coastal Pure Air utilizes superior dry aerosol fogging technology, specifically designed for use in hospitals, biomedical facilities and pharmaceutical lab decontamination. With this technology Coastal Pure Air is changing the way mold remediation is traditionally done. Our process produces gas like diffusion creating sub micron particles which penetrate porous materials and rebound from surfaces creating a dry gas like vapor. This vapor creates an inhabitable environment that bacterial spores, fungal spores, bacteria, mycobacteria, yeast, molds, viruses and pathogens cannot survive.
Removal

Coastal Pure Air will start by removing the contaminates right down to their source. We utilize top tier industry removal procedures and cleaning products to ensuring all contaminates are removed professionally. Be it mold stains, biological waste, hoarding clean up, rodent excrement's we have your home or business covered.

Fog

We start our treatment process by filling the entire home or business with a dry fog, the same process used in many hospital cleanrooms and bio medical facilities. It will decontaminate walls, ceilings, and everything else in the room. Even those surfaces that are not reachable by wipes and UV light. This ensures a complete and uniform 360 degree 100% Bio-Decontamination.

Dwell

Next we let the powerful disinfectant remain suspended and dwell for the appropriate time frame (usually 60 min). The dry fog becomes a 'hunter' for bacteria, mold, viruses and harmful germs, destroying them on contact and effectively neutralizing all threats.

Vent

Lastly we ventilate the entire area where the dry fog has been dispersed. We utilize industrial grade high intensity air movers ensuring all dry fog has been effectively removed from the area. Leaving the area completely decontaminated and safe for re entry.

The Droplet Size!

Our Dry Fog equipment produce extra fine, uniformly sized drops through gas like diffusion that average 7.5 microns. This ensures even dispersion of our cold sterilant solution through-out the area being treated. These small droplets will tend to bounce off of hard surfaces and thus avoid excessive condensation penetrating the smallest of spaces. The vapor creates an inescapable environment for mold, viruses and bacteria, neutralizing the entirety of the area being treated.

Prior technology creates larger wet droplets which burst, causing excessive condensation and surface wetting. The larger particle size leaves gaps in the molecular coverage leading to reduced and ineffective bio-decontamination. Surfaces being treated are only restricted to what is in and beneath the spray’s path, resulting in ineffective neutralization of all threats.

Industry Leading Dry Fogging Agent

Coastal Pure Air utilizes the industry’s most advanced and powerful cold sterilant, Peracetic Acid (PAA). This solution harnesses the natural cleaning power of Hydrogen Peroxide & Acetic Acid, penetrating and disarming toxins at a molecular level.

PAA disinfects by oxidizing the outer cellular membrane of bacterial cells, endospores, yeast, mold spores and other types of cells. Inside the cell it denatures proteins, disrupts cell wall permeability, and oxidizes sulfur bonds in enzymes turning it into inert matter. PAA irreversibly disrupts the cells systems and destroys it. Our cold sterilant has an EPA & Health Canada Registered Dry Fog Claim. The formula is non-flammable, non-corrosive, non-toxic, contains zero VOC’s and is biodegradable. After treatment it breaks down into water, oxygen and vinegar making it 100% safe for people and pets.
